Written for the Minimalist TTRPG Jam 3, attempting to adhere to the Nightmare-difficulty rules.
Crawl uses a standard deck of playing cards, a d20, and is intended for you and friends to adventure in a setting that you decide on. It has a very basic conflict-resolution system that encourages teamwork.
If you want to use this as a starting point for your own thing, I'd love to see what you come up with.

This is really cool in its simplicity! Have you thought about an additional randomized, table, or deck to replace the Facilitator? I can see this being a fully cooperative game with something this.
Hello! I have a question about the rule. Do face cards help with the Challenge Rating? Like, Jack =11, Queen = 12, King = 13. Or is it just the aid of an ally?
Both; go with the numerical value, and describe it as an ally.
Unless you find it more compelling to go with just one way over the other.
